Race Exposure
PGR racers attend a number of races in Alberta and BC throughout the year. For the 2019 race season, PGR participated in over 15 races with over 10 podium finishes.
Community Involvement
PGR racers participate in a number of mountain biking events throughout the year including trail building efforts, Juliana ride-outs, MMBTS/Calgary Cycle events, and more.
Women's Downhill Weekend
With the support of sponsoring resort Panorama, PGR also hosts a women's downhill event open to shredders of all abilities. At this event, you can expect morning yoga; green, blue and black trail coaching clinics; contests and activities; information/retail booth; post-ride BBQ and more!
Advocacy
PGR's mission is to encourage and grow the presence of female mountain bikers and in the race community. As part of this mission, we gladly work with other organizations to shed light on barriers to female racing in addition to promoting getting women together and on bikes in general!
Race Supports
PGR, its members, affiliated partners and sponsors commit to providing racers with a foundation to help reach race and mountain biking goals through camaraderie, group training/events and service and product support.
